At First Rest Foundation, our mission has always been to restore dignity, comfort, and hope to individuals and families in transition—especially those overcoming homelessness. While our core mission centers on providing quality mattresses and essential furnishings to those rebuilding their lives, our commitment extends even further. We believe that meeting immediate needs such as food and nourishment is a vital part of helping people find stability and peace.
Serving the Community Together
We’re proud to partner with the San Antonio Food Bank, Strong Tower Ministry, MYBTSA, and Baptist Temple Church to host a Community Food Distribution Event designed to serve families and individuals right here in San Antonio.

🛒 Details: First come, first served. While supplies last.
Through this event, we’re providing fresh produce, canned goods, pantry staples, and household essentials to help ease the burden of rising food costs for local families. This initiative reflects our belief that no one should have to choose between food and shelter, and that small acts of kindness can bring big change to our community.
